The Department of State released the July 2011 Visa Bulletin today. Here is what most of my clients want to know:
For all countries except India: F2A preference has advanced seven months since last month’s visa bulletin was released. F2b preference has advanced 2 months and 16 days. EB2 preference remains current. Eb3 preference advanced 23 days with priority date October 8, 2005.
For India: F2A advanced 7 months, F2B advanced 2 months and 16 days, EB2 advanced 4 months and 21 days, and finally EB3 advanced 9 days.
No retrogression is always good news!
