The USCIS released data on September 14, 2012. So far, 82361 petitions have been released. Of those, 63,717 have been scheduled for biometrics. 1660 petitions are now ready for review. And finally, 29 petitions have been approved already. From filing date of August 15, that is about 4 weeks before first approval earlier this week. USCIS was prepared to handled a very large number of petitions. Watson Immigration Law commends the agency for its speedy action on these petitions.
