DACA Content Update on USCIS Website

After the protracted court battles concerning DACA, the dust seems to have finally settled somewhat. The Trump administration was dealt a severe blow earlier last summer when the Supreme Court ruled that the DACA program had not been properly rescinded, and ordered USCIS to continue accepting new and renewal DACA applications. DHS/USCIS, in essence, initially refused to comply, until a District Court in December 2020 issued an order requiring the agencies to reinstate the DACA program as it existed in September 2017.
