Watson Immigration Law has served the South Asian community since 2009. Many of our clients, friends, and colleagues are either from India or have family or connections in India. Many of our clients are either stuck there, waiting to return to the US. Many are awaiting green card or visa interviews. Some are hoping to visit India to see family but are not able to.
To everyone, we send our prayers and best wishes to stay safe and healthy.
We have received many calls from clients seeking advice on what to do to either visit India or return to the US. The entire situation is evolving daily. Embassies are closed. Flights are restricted. Local borders are closed. And, I expect a possible US visa ban in the near future.
