WIL just received an approval on a complex O-visa matter for an athelete. The client is indeed extraordinarily talented but USCIS in true fashion sent an incredibly burdensome Request for Further Evidence questioning every aspect of the case. After hours of legal research, strategizing, and preparation, the RFE was fully responded to. We have been holding our breaths on this case awaiting the decision and are thankful to have received such fantastic news today. We will post further details in the near future.
