Today DOS released the September 2011 visa bulletin. Here is the scoop: For all countries except India- F2A preference has advanced 4 months and 9 days to priority date (PD) 1 Dec. 2008. No change in F2B preference, PD remains 1 July 2003. EB2 preference remains current and EB3 preference has advanced 21 days to PD 22 Nov. 2005. For India only- F2A has advanced 4 months and 9 days to PD 1 Dec. 2008; F2B sees no change; EB2 also sees no change with PD at 15 Apr. 2007 and last EB3 advanced 1 month and 7 days to PD 8 Jul. 2002.
