The March 2012 visa bulletin was released today. Here’s the pertinent information most of my readers are looking for:
For all countries except India, China, Philippines, and Mexico: F2A preference has advanced 45 days to priority date (PD) 22 July 2009 and F2B preference has advanced 31 days to 15 November 2003; F4 moves forward 31 days 8 October 2000; EB2 remains current and EB3 advances 42 days to 15 March 2006.
For India only: F2A advances 45 days to PD 22 July 2009 and F2B advances 31 days to 15 November 2003; F4 advances 31 days 8 October 2000; EB2 advances 121 days to 1 May 2010 and EB3 advances 8 days to 22 August 2002.
Many people were worried about retrogression this month too, it appears that fear is avoided again.
If you have any questions, please feel free to drop me a note. In the meantime, as soon as the April 2012 visa bulletin is released, we will be posting updates.
