Since the UK is my home-country, I can’t help but see what the immigration map is looking like (from time to time, of course). Throw in any news about visas for entrepreneurs, and I am eagerly reading about it, esp. since we are waiting for something to happen in the US on this very issue!
It appears the UK just announced an ‘entrepreneur visa’ for anyone who develops a business idea under a UK school supervision. Here is a link to an article posted by www.workpermit.com.
It is hoped that something similar will follow in the US. Only time will tell whether it will in fact happen or not. Watson Immigration Law is keeping a close eye on this issue.
