On February 25, 2012, Washington New Americans once again partnered with the Washington State Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) to offer Citizenship Day assistance to those who cannot afford it. The event was a special ‘mini’ citizenship day where attendees could only participate by appointment only. The event was held at Renton Technical College.
Our very own Silviya Borroff, an avid Citizenship Day volunteer, graciously donated her time to this important cause. It was a successful event by all counts.
