It will be a historical day tomorrow! USCIS will accept applications from undocumented young immigrants to apply for deferred action which will include a work permit (whether they entered illegally or became illegal after entering the US). Today, USCIS will be hosting a teleconference on how to make the application. We hope to learn about the new forms created just for this policy and hopefully get some answers to some issues that are unclear. We will update you on it later today.
