Studying others’ problems is a way of gaining experience vicariously. At December’s StartupLawTalk workshop we will be presenting war stories. Each SLT presenter will cover one startup case were painful problems could have been avoided by doing it right in the first place. (Cases will be appropriately anonymized.) We will leave about half of the time after the war stories to take questions on any startup law question from participants. Feel free to email questions in advance.
