What a whirlwind of a week! On Friday 2/3/17 Our very own Washington State Attorney General Bob Ferguson sued the Administration and won a temporary restraining order (TRO) that is applicable nationwide. On Saturday morning (2/4/17), the Department of Homeland Security suspended the ban and sent an email through USCIS also. The Department of State simultaneously announced that all revoked visas will be reversed and reinstated.
Additionally, we had confirmation from CBP that the local Seattle Tacoma International Airport will be back to normal. If you have any questions or still have any issues, let me know.
If you have any family traveling into SeaTac airport this weekend, please let me know in advance of arrival. There are several reporters wanting to interview such travelers.
A huge thank you to our brave Attorney General and an even braver Judge Robart for making a very difficult decision and upholding the constitution and rule of law.
