I am delighted to announce that guest today will be Attorney Tim Warden Hertz. Tim is an attorney with the Northwest Immigrant’s Right Project and recently played a crucial part in a new law that helps young immigrants. Listen to us speak on Seattle’s only 24/7 South Asian radio station Desi 1250am tomorrow July 25th 2017 at 10am PST and watch us live on Facebook!
Tim is the Directing Attorney for the Tacoma office of the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project. Tim’s work at NWIRP focuses on representation and pro se orientation for individuals detained by immigration at the Northwest Detention Center. He is inspired each day by his coworkers and by people detained and fighting for their families and for their own safety. Prior to joining NWIRP, Tim was the Legal Director of the Immigration Law Programs at Catholic Social Services in Fall River, Massachusetts, a Staff Attorney with the Farmworker Division at Georgia Legal Services, and a Fellow/Attorney in the Immigration Unit at Greater Boston Legal Services. He received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University and his J.D. from New York University School of Law.
Tim will be on my talk show “Tahmina Talks Immigration” at 10am PST on Tuesday July 25th at Desi 1250am which will be broadcast simultaneously on Facebook Live!
A huge thank you Tim for taking time out of his busy schedule for joining me to talk Immigration!
