Last friday, November 30th, the Department of Homeland Security released ‘unpublished’ proposed rules regarding new H1B preregistration procedures. Those rules were formally published today on Monday December 3rd. I posted by ‘Quick and Dirty Review’ of the basic procedures here. I was honored to share my thoughts with CNN’s Sara O’Brian.
