USCIS announced that they are looking to increase fees once again. After the drastic fees increase in 2007, this is certainly disappointing news. The USCIS quality of service leaves a lot to be desired still- for processing times, for painful Requests for Evidence and so forth. So, I am not sure the fees increase will show any change in service received from USCIS. In general, it seems there will be a 10% increase in fees. Here is a link to the proposed changes.
