The November 2010 visa bulletin was released today with further good news for legal permanent resident (LPR) family-based petitioners. Any LPR petitioning for spouse or minor children will have a quicker than ever processing. Currently petitions filed in June 2010 and before are being processed by the government- that is less than 4 months! If you are an LPR and have been thinking about filing a petition for your spouse or minor child, this is definitely a good time to file.
