On November 17, 2010 at FareStart Restaurant, Seattle, King County Washington Women Lawyers (“KCWWL”) held their annual holiday party. The event was as festive as can be. At the event, my presidency of KCWWL came to end and the torch was passed on to the new board. KCWWL has been an integral part of my life for the last four years. Through the board and organization, I have met some incredibly talented and inspirational women attorneys. I have made numerous friends both on a professional and personal level. It was an honor and privilege to serve on the board and to be president of such a valuable organization in our legal community. I thank Washington Women Lawyers and the King County Chapter in particular for giving me this extraordinary opportunity.
