The Department of State released an update on visa usage for EB5 visas. The below information is copied from AILA:
On July 11, 2012, Charlie Oppenheim, Chief of Visa Control at the State Department,
provided the FY2012 Employment-Based Fifth preference issuance totals for the top five
countries (89%), for the period October through June. He expects that the FY2012 EB-5
visa usage will be approximately 6,200.
