The Department of State released the October 2012 Visa Bulletin today. Our usual commentary will follow tomorrow. In the meantime, my only comment is that I am disappointed that EB2 “all countries” is not current. With a January 2012 priority date, people will still have to wait 8 months to file for the adjustment. I can only hope that there is no further retrogression. Stay tuned.
