EB5 program extended without change until December 9, 2016

Yesterday, Congress passed a Continuing Resolution to keep the government funded.  During that time, the EB5 program was extended without change until December 9, 2016.  That means, if you hope to file an EB5 application, you have until December 9th to file your petition with the current investment amount. Minimum investment may well increase when the matter is taken up by law makers for voting.
