Today was a victory for the rule of law. The International Entrepreneur Rule was delayed by the new administration days before it was supposed to go into effect. Procedures and protocols were not followed as required by the law. The NVCA brought a case against the administration represented by the American Immigration Council and the Law firm Mayer Brown. Recently, the Trump administration sent a notice of rescission to the federal register. As things progress, we will keep you posted. But for today, this is a victory. The rule of law prevails.
