Regular readers will know how much time over the last 9 years I have devoted to the topic of the Startup Visa and the subsequent International Entrepreneur Rule. I had the privilege of working with WTIA and CEO Michael Schutlzer in helping draft comments for the IER which were adopted in the final version of the rule. It was an honor being part of the entire process. While the rule may be taken away from us, I am grateful to see the rule become a reality.
