The October 2010 visa bulletin was released today. I am excited for many of my clients who have filed and/or are about to file their family-based immigrant petitions for spouses and minor children. The wait time now for such petitions is only 5 months!! This is really unprecedented (at least in my 4 years of immigration law experience). Watson Immigration Law appreciates this jump forward.
