The Visa Bulletin for December 2010 was released today with continued good news for legal permanent resident (LPR) family-based petitioners filing for spouses and unmarried children (2A category). The waiting time now for such petitions is only 3 months! Petitions filed in August 2010 are being processed for all countries except for Mexico. Priority date for Mexican applicants is March 2010- which is still great.
