The long awaited December 2011 visa bulletin was finally released today. Here are our comments for our clients:
For all countries except India, China, Philippines and Mexico: F2A preference has advanced 36 days to Priority Date (PD) 22-Mar-2009; F2B category has advanced 14 days to PD 15-Aug-2003; F4 category advanced 31 days to PD 15-Jul-2000, EB2 remains current and EB3 advanced 25 days to PD 15-Jan-2006.
For India only: F2A category advances 36 days to priority date 22-Mar-2009; F2B advanced 14 days to PD 15-Aug-2003; F4 advanced 31 days to 15-Jul-2000; EB2 category advances 4 months and 15 days to 15-Mar-2008 and lastly EB3 advances 11 days to 11-Aug-2002.
