Dear Readers, the most common question I am seeing is this:
Qs. I have a pending F3 or F4 petition. What will happen to my petition if immigration reform happens?
Ans. Your petition will still be pending and will not disappear. Keep a close eye on the visa bulletin after immigration reform to see how things might be moving. But at this point, no one can say how fast or slow things will be after immigration reform. Immigration reform rules for eligibility will only apply to new/future petitions.
