Clock is ticking fast on H1b Quota!

ImageToday, the USCIS will start accepting new H1b petitions for fiscal year 2014.  It is very likely that the visa numbers will run out in the first 3-5 days.  In my opinion, there is a chance visa numbers could even be met today.   It is more than likely that all petitions will be subject to a lottery this year.
