EB-1 Priority Worker Green Card
The EB-1 is the first preference employment-based immigrant visa category, reserved for individuals with extraordinary ability (EB-1A), outstanding professors and researchers (EB-1B), and multinational managers and executives (EB-1C). It is the fastest path to a green card for most nationalities because it does not require PERM labor certification.
