About Nicole

Nicole is an experienced immigration paralegal with extensive knowledge of employment-based immigration, with a particular focus on investment visa matters. She has substantial experience assisting attorneys and clients with complex investor visa petitions, helping businesses, entrepreneurs, and investors navigate the U.S. immigration process with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. Nicole is known for her thorough case preparation, strong organizational skills, and commitment to providing exceptional client service throughout every stage of the immigration process.

Nicole earned her Associate of Applied Sciences in Paralegal Studies from Highline Community College in 2010. She also holds an Associate of Arts degree with an emphasis in Performance Arts, English, and Anthropology from Green River Community College, where she graduated with honors and was inducted into Phi Theta Kappa. She has continued her education through studies at The Evergreen State College.

Before entering the legal profession, Nicole gained valuable experience in customer service and corporate administration. This background has strengthened her ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds, manage complex matters, and provide responsive, client-focused support.

Outside the office, Nicole is dedicated to serving her community and supporting animal welfare through volunteer work. She also serves as a Precinct Committee Officer (PCO) for Washington's 30th Legislative District, reflecting her commitment to civic engagement and public service. In her free time, Nicole enjoys extensive international travel, which has broadened her appreciation for diverse cultures and perspectives. She is also an avid reader and an accomplished performer who appears regularly in local community theatre productions. At home, she enjoys spending time with her two beloved cats, Taupe and June.
