About Karol

Karol Melissa Cabrejo Sierra is a Paralegal at Watson Immigration Law. She studied Psychology in Colombia and brings a strong human-centered perspective to her work with clients and families.

Karol is passionate about working with migrant communities. Before joining Watson Immigration Law, she worked with several nonprofit and humanitarian organizations, including UN Migration / the International Organization for Migration (IOM), Plan International, Save the Children, and the Colombian Red Cross. Through these roles, she supported migrants, refugees, returnees, children, and families by assisting with case management, documentation, legal orientation, and access to protection services.

Karol is bilingual in Spanish and English. She also volunteers with the Red Cross, a cause that is especially meaningful to her. Her background in psychology, humanitarian work, and immigration support allows her to approach each case with empathy, organization, and attention to detail.
