comprehensive immigration reform bill announcement delayed

The Gang of Eight senators were set to make the long awaited announcement of the immigration reform bill tomorrow at 11am.  However, due to the tragic events today at the Boston Marathon, the announcement has been postponed.  Below is a link to the article in the Washington Post.
