Afghanistan 

OAW Operations Allies Welcome  a U.S. government-led initiative established to resettle vulnerable Afghan nationals in the United States 

Re-parole only available - if were under age 14 years on Sept. 26, 2023; Were paroled into the United States between July 30, 2021, and Sept. 30, 2022; and Were paroled with an OAR or PAR class of admission. Also see link for those with pending applications

Haiti

HFRP (The Haitian Family Reunifications Parole)  allows certain eligible U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents to apply for parole for their family members in Haiti. If granted, this parole allows those family members to come to the U.S. before their immigrant visa priority dates become current.

Ukraine  

Uniting for Ukraine (U4U)  a program established by the U.S. government to provide a pathway for Ukrainian citizens and their immediate family members to come to the United States temporarily (for a period of two years) and receive humanitarian parole

Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans 

CHNV Parole  a program implemented by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to allow certain nationals from those countries to enter and temporarily remain in the United States under parole status. It was designed to provide a safe and legal pathway for individuals fleeing humanitarian crises.

Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Guatemala 

Safe Mobility Office (SMO)  regional platforms, primarily established in Latin America, designed to offer information and support for individuals seeking safe and legal pathways for migration, including resettlement to the United States and other countries. They aim to reduce irregular migration by providing alternatives to dangerous journeys and facilitating access to lawful migration channels.

El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras 

Central American Minor (CAM)  a legal pathway through which children and other family members facing persecution or danger in El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras can reunite with parents who are lawfully present in the United Stat
