EB5 Program Extends and No Increase- For Now

Congress passed a temporary spending bill - a Continuing Resolution - that extends the EB-5 program until December 11, 2015.

The Continuing Resolution extends the EB-5 program "as is" - no increase in investment amount or other changes. The Congress can act on EB-5 program reforms any time between now and December 11, 2015.
