House passes HR 3012

Today the House passed H.R. 3012 the Fairness for high skilled immigrants act with 389 votes. The bill will reduce the waiting time for employment based and family based preferences. By moving forward from the House, the bill must now be considered at Senate, only then will this become law. Like many of our regular readers who anxiously wait for the monthly visa bulletins, Watson Immigration Law eagerly awaits to see further positive progress on this bill.
