October 2012 Visa Bulletin is out

The Department of State released the October 2012 Visa Bulletin today.  Our usual commentary will follow tomorrow.  In the meantime, my only comment is that I am disappointed that EB2 "all countries" is  not current. With a January 2012 priority date, people will still have to wait 8 months to file for the adjustment. I can only hope that there is no further retrogression. Stay tuned.
