Smart Jobs Act to create STEM visas

On May 16th, a new bill was introduced in Congress called the Smart Jobs Act.  The bill seeks to eliminate the diversity lottery program to use the visas to STEM visas.  The visa will be reserved for people graduating in the STEM field.  Here is the text of the bill.

There is widespread support to create a STEM visa.
