Tahmina Talks to CNN About New DHS H1B Pregistration Proposed Rule

Last friday, November 30th, the Department of Homeland Security released 'unpublished' proposed rules regarding new H1B preregistration procedures. Those rules were formally published today on Monday December 3rd. I posted by 'Quick and Dirty Review' of the basic procedures here.  I was honored to share my thoughts with CNN's Sara O'Brian.  Here is the link to the CNN story published on Friday.
