USCIS Announces Temporary Suspension of Premium Processing for All I-129 and I-140 Petitions Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic

USCIS announced today, effective immediately, the temporary suspension of premium processing services for all I-129 and I-140 petitions. USCIS Adjusting Premium Processing Fee

USCIS announced that, effective November 29th, the premium processing fee is increasing from $1,410 to $1,440.
